ICC World Cup from 1909 to 1963 known as the Imperial Cricket Conference. 1926 India, West Indies, and New Zealand were elected full members and Pakistan was added in 1947.
In 1964 Imperial Cricket Conference replaced the International Cricket Conference in 1988. After that in 1968 Denmark, Netherlands, East Africa and Bermuda joined the ICC World Cup. In 1975 CC World Cup invited members Sri Lanka and East Africa.
In 1989 International Cricket Conference replaced the International Cricket Council. And today known as the International Cricket Council World Cup or ICC World Cup.
